By Purchasing anything from my shop/site you are agreeing to adhere my store's policies and terms.
1.) Pin Grading Policy: I try my best to send the best looking pins, unless it is listed under the "FLAWED" listing.
2.) PRE-ORDERS: When you pre-order something from my item the listing will say it will take (x) amount of time for me to receive them, so please be patient and wait the amount of time shown.
3.)What is my store's return policy?
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ALL SALES FINAL. I cannot accept returns or refunds because I add descriptions to my listings saying what you will receive once yo purchase it.
4.) How often do i ship?
Once i receive an order i do my best to get it packed and shipped out ASAP, however orders can take between anywhere from 1-5 days(excluding weekends).
5.) Where is my order?
Email me and i will gladly send you a tracking # if one is not emailed to you. Before asking me where your package is/my package is lost please contact your local USPS and ask them for more information about your order. Once I have shipped out your order it is out of my hands and in the care of USPS. I can not give people refunds or send replacements every single time(USPS) loses your order. I sell limited things and therefore, have limited quantities.
